I just read this on the rants and raves section of Craigslist. I'm posting this because I had a similar thing happen to me about 2 years ago. Ever since that event I stopped using craigslist for casual encounters. Be cautious and careful. If something seems too good to be true it probably is.

"Scary shit.
I made an ad in the casual encounters section, what seemed like a normal cute girl answered my ad. The one thing that turned me off was that she smoked and did drugs, I don't do any of that, but I figured besides that she seemed pretty normal, so I decided to move forward with our casual encounter. I called her first to make sure that she's indeed a girl, because I know that there are lot of guys who pretend to be girls out there who then meet up and rob you.
So anyways, she said to meet her at a hotel that she's staying at, she said that she was with her girlfriend, just her and her girlfriend, and we can have a threesome. She passed the phone to the other girl to verify that there was in fact another girl there. I thought great, 2 girls are there, we're going to have a fun threesome. Another thing that threw me off was that it was a hotel, why would young girls stay at a hotel? How can they afford it?
I made the long 30 minute drive to the hotel, I was met at the door by a cute blond girl. She led me further into the room and I see a huge black guy on the bed. I was shocked and scared, she said it was her boyfriend. I figured, oh shit, she's an escort and her big black pimp is here, this can't end up being good. I'm a normal, decent guy. I don't smoke, or do drugs, I stay out of trouble, I don't see escorts, or get involved with any of that.
At this point I was scared shitless, the girl told me to sit down, and said don't worry we're good people and that her friend was in the washroom. Was he going to rob me? Beat me up? At this point I knew that there wasn't going to be any threesome with a huge black pimp boyfriend in the same room, something bad was about to go down. The big black guy and his girlfriend kept looking at each other nervously probably waiting for the perfect time to do something bad. I didn't know what to do, but I made up an excuse to go, and I managed to escape.
I wasted time and gas, but I got out of there ok, just be careful out there."
