You could always start something small like setup an Onlyfans and sell some videos with other Onlyfans workers?

After couple of small and medium videos, you can start making bigger and longer videos with other ladies in Toronto or North America?

I don't recall every reading or hearing about porn school producers. It's all about connections in the porn industry.

If you are serious about setting up your own porn studio. I highly recommend that you watch and learn from other porn stars, directors, or go Porn convention like Adultcon et cetera - to recruit talents for your studio.

Also you have to ask yourself, will you be performing or you are hiring a male performer? Cause it seems most people prefer natural/amateur work which is why the OnlyFans are getting so popular compare to the regular porn industry. Also, which ladies are you looking for, local or international ladies for your studio et cetera? You have to take into consider about the cost of flight, travel, hotel accommodation, food et cetera. What about the type of theme or genre you wanna create?
