Hello!

Please help a fellow terbite, who happens to have minimal computer skills! Some of the web sites my kid goes to, have these "pop ups" that I can't seem to see fully. Is there a setting I need to adjust? There is no tool bar, and when I change the zoom level, no luck. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Depends what browser you use.
On Firefox and Opera you can turn off popups in the preferences/options section of the browsers. Not sure how to do it in IE since I never use IE.

It IE, and the problem isn't that I don't want the pop-ups, it's that I can't configure the size of the pop-ups, so we can read the entire page? Hope this clears things up. Thanks

I would be very suspicious of any Popup I cannot fully see. Although I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that statement.
The whole purpose of Popups is to make you blatantly see something, not to try and hide, unless they have sinister motives.

I'm a bit embarressed to say, but I can't for the life of my figure out how to set up my kids Webkinz! When I go to the site, and pick new user, another window pop up, with no way to change it's size (that I can see). So I can't manouver inside the window to pick the right options! I am such a computer loser....
