As there are tons of questions that come up related to pooning/hobbying do senior TERB members need to start mentoring the new ones to ensure the pooning standards are passed along?

As a principle, don't be an asshole or too much of a simp. Besides that, its hard to have well defined standards, everyone tastes are all over the place.

For me over the years I have come to appreciate a 'meet and greet'. Some turn into a session and others end in disappointment. But at least I feel comfortable with the provider and it is safe for both of us. I personally like new providers to the game. One agency in Berlin use to have me meet many of her new girls.
Looking at my $100,000 club nearly all the ladies were relatively new. They were not jaded. I have had many other ladies that were seasoned professional but harder to get emotion from them. So for me new ladies to the game are more likely to make my long term list. Together we get to make the rules vs those who know the game and treat it like that removing the emotion. Not to say they were not a good fuck but if I want more well hard to get that from them. Not to say we cannot have a good time.
Like wise I have had newer ladies but they get hooked up with other guys and hard for them to build on the emotional connection.
New girls are more willing to share fantasies vs established ladies have given up on dreaming. They are more cynical and less willing to live the moment. Not their fault it is one f the hazards of the game.

I totally agree with the emotional connection.
The big reason it's rarer for seasoned SPs to be emotionally involved or invested is they've been burned so many times before it really creates trust issues, even with regulars. I understand it though, it's for their protection.
Girls who are newer and open minded usually leave themselves vulnerable, which really makes for such a better and more organic time. But, it's almost a guarantee that they will experience a client that takes advantage and thus quickly learn to be on guard.
Totally agree! I tell them when we get started if this is really what they want. I tell them they never have to do anything they do not want to do. My only rule is they have to be happy. If at any time they are not happy then they should go.
Over time they get tired of the roller coaster ride. Much like someone might get tired of Disney Land. It is fun at the beginning but over time it gets boring. I think it might be some people in marriages that go south.
Being on the emotional ride is fun at first. Like one provider want to have a boyfriend that sent flowers to her office. The first month it was fun to have flowers to arrive every Monday but after the second month she got tired with it and asked me to stop. Same with gifts. One provider said she did not need another fancy dress she wanted a new roof and new toilets. Funny how romance dies. The spark can go out. I guess that is another reason I never got married.
