so, about 5 minutes ago, we had a knock at our door, opened it to see a cop..it seems the police are going door to door in our area looking for this guy
& passing out info ...

Sadly this is often how sex offenders start up. They start by becoming peep and toms or flashers and build up from there. Hence LE I am sure and rightly so would like to catch this guy before he starts to escalate his crimes.
