First I know my PM box is full. It will be until I am blue again. Payment is on its way in. A little late on our part, so you guys will just have to wait it out. Sorry, but it was just a crap week for me personally last week and I was slacking.
However, having said that. I have been having issues lately with people booking via PM. Especially wanting same day bookings. I don't sit in front of my computer all day long. I don't even post the ads up here all the time. Monica does alot of that. She does not even look in the PM box as that is not apart of her job. It could take me days to even see your PM.
We have a phone number and an online booking for pre-bookings. Please use them. It makes it much easier. I would say phone is the best for us. Seond email. This also includes PM on our personal message forums as well which I am even worse at checking.
