Has anyone checked out the Playmates site recently. The web page has been redone and a variety of new faces. The site and ladies look great but the advertised Durham rate is now $270 per hour. Have they lost it? When you're up in the $300 an hour range thats serious dough. If you want a two hour visit, $540 before the tip. I really cant see them keeping their girls busy at those rates can you? I have used Playmates in the past and had some good times with some of their past playmates but they are out of my price range now.

Well, that's their business decision but I agree with other posters here. Out of line IMO. It's not one that I could justify for myself but I wish them well. i.e. Good Luck!
To me it looks like jewels has bought the playmate site, so they are really Toronto girls coming to Durham, thus the extra cost

She was obviously having trouble recruiting talent lately so maybe she is simply sub-contracting out. The other agency gets their rate and Malica gets her cut off the top. I cant see anyone buying Playmates site. Its not as though she had a huge clientelle. I feel sorry for Lady Star. I doubt she will be getting any business after raising her rates 35% higher after already being with the highest priced agency in the area.

However, it seems to me that a client could just jump in the car and see one (or two
) of the Toronto ladies at the Toronto rate? Gas IS outrageously high priced but not that high. Also, many GTA agencies will drive someone to Oshawa for a small added cost.
Let's look at some numbers:
Jewels rate in Scarborough is 200
Playmates rate for same lady in Durham is 270
Added cost is therefore 70 to have them drive her from say Morningside to Whitby and back.
Seems high to me (but then I'm a cheap sob). Maybe I can get a job....
Seems to me that each of us will have to decide for ourselves whether or not this new alliance is a good thing or not. The market place will have the final say.

Sorry for the confusion guys I had made a few minor changes and didn't relize the rates where incorrect. I have adjusted the rates, they are back to $240 an hour except Star's, she is $200 hr.
