Malica and I have reached a mutually acceptable compromise regarding my earlier less-than-satisfactory meeting with one of their people. Details of this compromise are private but I am satisfied that it is fair and equitable for all concerned. Once again Malica has shown her dedication to customer satisfaction and her desire to run a great organization.
