The bug on the screen has 6 legs, so don't think is a spider. It also seems to be on the outside of the screen.

Feeling better knowing I'm not the only one who didn't get it.

Am I going blind? Is that a gun in her hand? Surely it is not the "thing" above her head which looks like a reflection of the lamp on the glass behind her?
