I've notices that the owners of said agency keep pics of retired models online as though they might be, bait wise, available. So....an advertising gimmick.
Since day one, the pics amazingly do not often look like the girl at the door.
I disenjoyed a run-in on the phone with a receptionist who also works the street and was presented to my door, 40 lbs heavier than her pics. She was ok and lol, still arguing her point while here about a matter of cost and in which I did from the regular receptionist (daytime) get a credit.
I keep trying to book people who show on the site as working only to get surprise excuses - sent to another city by management, food poisoning, someone made a mistake putting her pic there and so on. Three times in two weeks.
This is not an easy business to manage and girls will flake out at times but the money remains green no matter what - so it's back to indie crapshoots.
Can you advise on local talent you can bank on?
