Ok so maybe I can add a bit of credibility to this post. Yes I will be retiring and handing the reigns over to a very capable individual with a lot of experience in the industry. When speaking with him about the changes, I anticipate a lot of things will brought in gradually over time.
One of the things that I know will be fairly immediate is that the phones will always be physically in the bookers hands as opposed to mine and having it forwarded to a receptionist. This will be a bonus to those that have to text to find out who is on.
In the booking dept., not sure exactly how he was setting things up, but he does have some great ideas and I think if implemented will work for you guys.
It's been a lot of fun, and I have enjoyed my time but at this point it's time for me to focus on other endeavours in my life and I need to turn the page.
I truly wish you guys all the best in your poonin' adventures and may all of your kitties be Pink.

It was simply a play on words along with the fact that there's been a long running rumour for years now that Jason and I are the same person, which of course is not the case, really we couldn't be more differnt! My in box and phone have been full of enquries and texts, so before things got out of hand I thought I'd dispell any further misunderstanding. I don't have any interest or desire to own or operate an agecy, ever ! but wish the new Managment the best of luck in this highly competative market.
