3000 km is not "truly almost new"especially if these winter tires were not used in the winter. They would wear out faster in warmer weather as the compound is made for colder temperatures.

First of all the roads in winter are very much colder than summer and do NOT burn off as summer tires, second, 3k of winter wear is normal winter km considering the ave for a whole year is 20,000 to 25,000km. third, if $350 each is too- steep make a reasonble offer.
