The reason why pineapple on pizza is gross, it doesn't meld with tomato sauce. Pineapple is an excellent source of Vitamin C, manganese, potassium and fiber.

On pizza no, as a flan yes, yes yes!

I like pineapple with Chinese food, like Pineapple chicken. Pineapple is good, just don't like it on pizza.

I don't know about rapini on pizza, rapini are strong flavoured. Like I don't think I would like broccoli on pizza.
Try it, you will be surprised.
On another note, while in Brooklyn two years ago, we had a white pizza with prosciutto crudo, arugula and feta cheese at Grimaldi pizzeria. Delicious! The arugula had a nice tartness to it, and it all worked out very well. At least, I think it was feta cheese.

I haven't seen places offer ones with rapini. I boil my own for a few minutes and then stir fry with garlic and EVOO. I've seen them with arugula, which I buy and mix with my salad.

Rapini go well with calabrese sausage!

Rapini and nduja on pizza, mmmmmmmm gooood eatin!

I love nduja after a while I had to stop eating it frequently it was corroding my stomach. But raw over pizza, like prosciutto crudo its ok , but I baked it once on pizza and it sucked. Ndjua and prosciutto crudo I eat only only crudo.

I would definitely try this, this is like pizza bianca and I LOVE gorgonzola. We use to have pizza bianca al taglio with thin sliced potatoes and rosemary on it it was delicious.
I used to get a pizza called patate alla creme. Medium sliced potatoes, white wine cream sauce, some kind of sharp cheese and rosemary. I've never had another one like it. Pizzaville does one similar but its spicy.

I'm a fan of Pineapple, jalapeños and red onions. It's a great mix of sweet and spicy. If I'm craving protein, I like some homemade Italian sausage in the mix.

The salami, rapini and pepperoncino pinza (rectangle) at Longo's has become popular there. It used to be specialty item.

Of the three in my vicinity Rutherford and Weston has the best pizza.
