How do you guys do a picture search to find out if the lady is legit or not?

I use Google image search. It's a good place to start and you don't have to install anything. Sometimes you need something more powerful, but it's adequate most of the time.

yandex picks up a lot of pictures the other ones don't:

for checking past pictures associated with an advertised number:

Right click on the picture, scroll down to the bottom to "search image with google lens"
If you don't get any results on the right side of your screen click on "find image source" or scroll to the bottom of google lens and click "search in google images"
If nothing found there move to mentioned sites in post 4 & 6.

Download any photo on your phone or computer.

Go to this link and upload the photo onto it: https://www.labnol.org/reverse/

Then click ‘show matching images’ and you will see all matching or similar images on google.

I just save the photo, then use my browser’s built‑in reverse image search. It shows if the pic appears elsewhere or looks like stock content.
