I am in the Durham region tomorrow and I am planning on visiting PA. It's been a while since the last time I was there and my experience was not the best. Is there anyone I should see and anyone I need to avoid.

What is the typical tip over and above the fee?

Occasionally I'll bring a small box of chocolates, and I might leave an extra $10 or $20, especially around Christmas time. That's the extent of my tipping, and I still have a good time.

I've read in other boards people have left lots more on regular basis. I don't mean specifically for Crystal but just in general. I just wanted to be sure I am in the norm.
