100%Don’t quote me on this but I think it’s because of management.
Shitshow... doesn't take care of the MPAs and Receptionists that are quality, and let's the shit disturbers keep going without consequences.
Stuff like MPAs not cleaning up and sanitizing between customers properly and ripping off the customers by rushing them out 10-15 minutes early just so they can sit on their ass, while other gals get fined for going 2-5 minutes over because a guy took an extra frw minutes in the shower or putting his socks on.
Receptionists playing favourites and telling clients certain MPAs aren't in or aren't going to be in for no other reason thsn to screw them over.
I'd heard that last year the Boss actually hired back a Receptionist that stole from them after she worked at another Spa (outside the chain) for a year and got canned from there too!
They've had at least 2 over the last year that either couldn't tell time or figure out how not to overlap clients on the schedule....one had 3 crossing paths for one MPA at LaVilla st the same time! One guy coming out, one guy coming in, and one in the waiting room! And it was any of the guys being early, late or over. I know cause I was the first guy coming out. I'd had to wait 20 minutes because she'd already overlapped my 45 with another guy's and she'd was trying to fit 45minutes in real life onto 1/2 hoir slots on the calendar.
Then, at Pickering and Mirage they can't keep yoir number of visits straight I've been tucked over several times and not in a good way cause their "system" says I have 6 visits in and I should have had a freebie by now and be halfway to the next.
And some rooms at Pickering, and LaVilla stink like mold.
But, I go for the good MPAs...I'm a suckered.
