I have been a fairly regular customer at Pickering Angels and La Villa for 6 years. They have a loyalty program, 10 visits and a free room fee. Not very good really compared to Toronto promotions, as it comes to a $4 discount per visit. It has hardly been my motivation over the years, just nice when the receptionist tells me the room is free this time.
Three weeks ago I went to see Sydney (great time as usual) and I knew the loyalty card was already at 8 visits, so this would be 9. As bad luck would have it they had lost the card. The EE lady that owns the business was there and assured me she would look for it. I went back the other day to visit Riley (awesome time). So this was my tenth visit but the lost card had not been found. No big deal, I paid the full price and asked the receptionist to ask the owner to call me. Never heard from her. I could care less about a free room fee, but I am not impressed that the owner could not bother to call me.
I will not be visiting PA again due to this attitude. The spa has lost a long time regular customer, and, albeit in a minor way, impacted the income of some of the ladies that I visit.
