To add a sig line go to forum actions drop down menu then click on edit profile and once that opens you will see on the left hand side of the page an edit signatue open that and add your sig line whew and that is really pushing my admittedly limited computer skills. And I dont add pics for that reason and I really dont know how!

brutal when the guys do it with the huge pics for no reason. a sig line of text is one thing, a pic is a fucking annoyance.

I treid the edit signature thing...for the images it wants URL. I have image on my hard drive.

At the bottomg the "signature permission" setting say images in signature is OFF!!

Oh well, I will just refrain from showing my hot property then :)

don't even bother actually... we don't want to see the same lame image (which you think is cool) everytime we're reading the threads. How would you feel if someone kept rubbing a TV ad in your face... might be cool the first time, not the 100 time

Can mods do something about some sig pics of those slowing down the scrolling in here. Some are very annoying.

How to post a pic in you signature line
How to post a pic in your signature line.

1. Adjust the size of the pic. This can be done a number of ways, personally I like to use Image Resizer. (Lower right hand column of the website)

- Download Image resizer.(make sure you know its destination - My documents, desktop, etc.)

- Install it. (Find imageresizer.exe, click on it, follow the on screen instructions)

- Right click on the photo you wish to resize.

- In the 'right click' menu 4 items down from the top you will see 'resize pictures' click on it.

- A dialogue box will open giving you a few sizes to choose from, plus the option to make custom sizes. Personally I like to use the 'Handheld Pc (240x320)' size. (Anything larger than that will get you into trouble with the big bad mods.) Choose a size and then click 'OK'

- The new resized pic will be created in the same directory/folder as the original. (Make sure you remember where the picture is saved, you will need to know later)

- The new file name will look like this 'yourpicture (WinCe)'. *Important note* you must rename the file excluding the (WinCe) extension, if not it won't work.

2. Register an account with a free online storage site. There are tons out there, I will use ripway for this example.

- Login to your account with your User ID and Password

- On the top menu of the ripway website you will see 'my files' click on it.

- Once you have entered the 'my files' page, you will see 'upload files' on the left hand side, click on it.

- A grey dialogue box will be in the center of the screen, with 6 browse buttons on it. Click on one of the 'browse' buttons.

- A window will open showing the files on your computer. Navigate around until you locate the resized image. Once you find it, double click it.

- You will be returned back to the grey dialogue box. In the bottom right hand corner of the box there will be a 'upload button', click on it.

- Your files are successfully uploaded. Then click on 'click here to continue'.

- You will be returned to the 'My files' page where you will see the file that you uploaded. It will have a link beneath it, and look something like this: 'http://home.ripway.com/2004-9/178829/hotbabe.JPG'

- Using your mouse highlight the entire link, then right click on it and select 'copy'

3. Time to post that baby!!

- Login to TERB, click 'User Cp'
- Click 'Edit Profile'
- Scroll down to where it says 'Signature'. On the right side of the screen there will be a small grey box.
- 'Right click' on the grey box and select 'paste' from the menu.
- You should see the link that you copied earlier in the box.
- Now type
at the end of the link.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Submit Modifications'

Voila!!!! You're done, and so am I. lol
