I totally agree. I don't want to say too much about my personal life but when Filipina women come to Canada, they come to stay. They also want to take care of their other family back home.
I'm sure it is as true of the Philippines as it is of any other place in the world - if you want to see if she is really interested in you rather than in migrating to Canada. Let her know that you are interested in moving there and what does she think about the idea?
I totally agree it's a nutty idea to bring one back for any type of commitment or responsibility. U never know what your getting into with a women until you're in a long gone term commitment or marriage. So to bring one but and be tied to all the unknowns is outrageously stupid. If however..... You meet a Filipino who already lies here and u hit it off that's a different story.
Stay at the New World Hotel in Makati. Right across the street is the Green Belt - an area
of great shopping, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend Spicy Fingers if you like
great music.
Philippines is amazing, girls in Manila are plenty & lots of beautiful ones with great service. Make sure you go to EDSA & Manila Bay Cafe. The girls in Makati are pricier, but some real gems there. Phils is also amazing for meeting regular girls, expect to be greeted with a "Hi, sir!" just passing them on the street or in the mall if you're decent looking.
As far as bringing one back with you, you'll never get that visa approved without establishing some history with her & the proper paperwork ahead of time.

Has anyone lived in a third world country (which is what Philippines is), does any one know of Philippine culture, unless you can answer yes to both questions, you don't know anything about Philippine women.
