so I was checking out bp last night and I came across Petra Petite, I had seen her postings before and I was looking forward to seeing herone day

I sent he a text asking how long she was in town and shortly after I was told until noon today

so I asked what time does your day start - she said 9 am

I said I will come see you at 9 am today-being Thursday

she said sounds good to me

in the morning I sent a text apologizing for not asking for her rates

she sent me back a text at 8:13 with her rates and I replied OK see you soon

8:37 she asked if it was ok if I could come at 9:30 instead- as she woke up late

no problem

thank you

we went over restrictions and then I waited for 9:30

I then realized that we had never discussed where she was staying- so I asked her- no reply


9:30 came and went and no replies to any of my texts

oh well it was a cheap date

She did the same thing to me a month ago two days in a row. The first day she apologized and said it was a scheduling conflict. I contacted her the next day and booked for later that afternoon. Texted her for the details and got no response so I went back home. I never did hear back from her.

Sigh. I had hopes for this one but I'm quickly giving up.

Anyone have any insight for what the rationale with this is? My cynical take on it is that someone who is frequently a no-show must have some kind of devious reasons - some kind of scam. I guess they could just be bad at making things work, but when she's communicating with you almost right up to the agreed-upon time and it's happened more than once...

That was the problem the first time she cancelled. She said she didn't realize her first appointment wanted 2 hours instead of HH. But the second time there was just no response at all.

I don't think there's any reason to look for sinister reasons, Shaun.
Think about it this way: a lot of business (legit ones) go bust because of poor customer service.
The SP industry, especially when dealing with BP indies and much less so with agencies, is full of individuals with really poor business sense. I can garantee you that the majority don't read the business pages in the papers or have an MBa! Just a plain vanilla fuck-up.

His story is a bit sketchy... The whole scenario of "I booked her, waited until 930, then realising I didn't know where she was located " doesn't make any sense.

If you are going to start picking at things, you may want to read the text properly. He didn't say he waited until 9:30. He said he waited for 9:30.
