Per hour hotel/room

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a hotel/motel/or a room that can be rented for an hour basis in the Ottawa area? East end preferably.
I have searched the forums but the info I found seems to be from a couple of years ago. I am wondering if anyone can provide more recent advice.

The problem I have with booking hotels is that check in is usually after 3pm and checkout is before 12 (noon), and I want a room between 1 and 3 in the afternoon.
