why would it rebound?

It went up when Covid hit and the gyms closed. Now the gyms are open and sales are down. What is going to drive sales now? a huge drop in prices for the product...they already cut their workforce and scrapped plans to expand.

Sounds like that ship has sailed.

Betting on a buyout, but would the acquirer pay a premium for the shares? Probably not.

Is it worth buying ?
I don't think so.

They had a fairly unique product when they started, but now everyone is following the same model. The subscription model is great for long term revenue, but theirs is still pretty expensive and you knew it wouldn't be long before other (cheaper) options came around.

I'm guessing that they have a solid base and they will continue to perform ok but I don't see them as a growth stock and I can't see anyone paying a premium in a takeover bid.
