Unless they're reputable or have many positive reviews on the blue and red boards, then no, it's not.
Honestly not unless you've been a regular for a while and you know them well, otherwise I don't reccomend you do that.
If they ask for it in their ad, beware. If they're well-known and reviewed, sure. I have done it a number of times, no problem. Let them know with a text message, so that you have it in writing, as it were.
