That's the exact title of the song, it's available on his G. Hits called Negotiations and Love Songs 1971-1986.

Still, I'm not sure that "Negotiations and Love Songs" is still commercially available except as an Import, and I believe that it was replaced by "Greatest Hits - Shining Like a National Guitar" in Canada. If you are going to buy an import Gts Hits, buy "The Paul Simon Anthology", which is a 2CD, 36 track best-of package, culled from the 3CD box set simply called "1964/1993", which is also now only available as an import.
