On the very same page this link goes to it has the main story of this really bad dumb error and he is alive and then scroll down and on the right still running is the story that he IS dead.

Check the dates on the page. The first one was in September where he was mistakenly reported as having passed away. Pat Burns did in fact pass away yesterday, November 19th.
