Passport line ups

So I think I lost my pass port on my return or I misplaced it so good I can't find it
So I went down to get it and I waited 10 hours then had to go back to pick it up

So as I'm in line this guy calls someone and says id say another hour
the guy walks up to the line the guy in front of me hands him 100 bucks and says good job waiting for me


Why has it come to this ? who has 10 hours of stading in line for a passport I literarily almost fell asleep standing

Yep. That's happening all over the city. I've heard of people paying $200.

This is how bums made money in Los Angeles for the courts. It was the lawyers / secretary that paid for the spot once they arrived at 830 for 845 entry. Easy 100 US dollars back in 2001.
