I think what that means is they are open to any drugs you may want to share

It really depends on the SP and their reputation. As @Sexercist had mention - it is possible they are marijuana friendly?

I would assume that would be 420. I'm cool with that but anything more in my books signals any other number or range of street drugs. What do you guys think about openly advertising the willingness to consume any and everything offered to them? Would you pass and wait to see someone "clean" or at least a little more discrete about their habits?
