Panzer General 3 Torrent?

Anybody know an active torrent for Panzer General 3 for the PC? It's been about 6 years since it came out so it's long out of production.

I went looking but could only find an active torrent for Panzer General.

It's very difficult to find an active one simply because of the age of the game. Your best bet would be getting it from binary newsgroups. Of course, you'd need to be a paid subscriber (GigaNews, for example). But if you are not subscribed to newsgroups, it would be cheaper if you buy the actual game. There are a few places which sell 2nd hand games for a very cheap price too.
