Seems like conjecture, but of course I wouldn't put it past them that a lot do take performance enhancing drugs.
Much like those in the WWE do as we hear about lately.
Although, the UFC has to abide by gaming commission rules of course.

I would say that since the article is dated Dec 14, 2011 that he complied as was required by the Nevada State Gaming commission. Since we haven't heard anything about his failing a drug test, he must have passed.

Either way, I have a feeling Dos Santos is slightly nervous and I like the guy.
In fact, I really don't have a favorite for the title fight, I like them both. But I think The Reem is going to beat Dos Santos.
