I have been in the hobby for a little while now and am wondering if the Kemptville or greely area have any providers?
Outskirts providers?

Sorry to say, but the short answer is no. From time to time, there's been the occasional SP in Kemptville or Smiths Falls. But they never stick around. The airport area, Hunt Club, or Barrhaven is about as close as you're gonna find any.
