Outlook help...

I'm changing work locations and I'll be getting a new computer account so I need to save all my emails from Outlook.

While in Outlook, I clicked on Export then saved my Inbox as a .pst file. I did the same with my archive folder.

Is this all I need to do? Then import them to my new Outlook account?

You betcha K.E. as long as you selected all folders while performing the export. Your archive is good to go as is.

Once we are on the subject of Outlook, everytime I close the programme I get an error report and then it wants to reopen the programme. Can anyone help?
