Outlook Express Question

I'm getting a new PC with Windows Vista Premium installed in it.
Question: does this operating system come equipped with Outlook Express for my Rogers Email or do I need to buy the Outlook Express program separately somewhere else?

Outlook Express got replaced by Windows Mail.

Not really replaced...but substituted by Windows Mail. Outlook Express2007 is for purchase, although not sure why. It also came bundled with my MS Office 2007 but I currently use the free Windows Mail.

The one that comes with Office 2007 is Outlook not Outlook Express. Outlook and Outlook Express are not the same.

its outlook 2007 the set up turtorial for it is on the rogers website. when you go to yahoo.rogers.com it walks you threw it you jus tclick on the email client you use.

I have outlook 2003 on windows xp, cause the features on outlook are very limited.
