The problem is usually finding a willing participant!

If we're talking SPs, I can only think of a couple who were genuinely into this (as opposed to grudgingly accommodating).

You need to find a partner who is equally adventurous, more easily accomplished with a steady partner rather than a provider unless you've discussed the topic at length in advance.
