I don't think it is better but there maybe more variety that are available as out call.
If you do a hotel room you can select the quality of the room, some of the in-calls maybe questionable. I guess it depend if the extra $100 it worth it to you.

No, given the fact that the majority of hobbiests do not have a business that they can write off escort fees you are more probably looking at $550 CAD in before tax costs. Add the cost of transportation and opportunity costs if skipping out on work and you are heading towards $600 CAD.
There are definate benefits to living on a desert island and jerking off repeatedly. Then again if you were a heavy-haul trucker you regularly hire escorts for moving over-dimensional loads.
