Try one of the premier spas. They are just east of DVP. (one on Eglinton other near Vic Park)

As someone already mentioned you're gonna have the best luck at the premier clubs (Perla and Pure). They're honestly the best in the city for quality of session no matter what you're looking for. High quality, low pressure, open minded staff, lavish facilities.
But they can fully book up a week in advance.
Your other quality east end option is going to be Elevate which is right next to Perla. It used to be a flirt location (Different spa known for quality within limits sessions). It got bought by the seduction chain which is a little bit more hit or miss on the basics but mostly features MPAs who also work as SPs.
Right now it's about 50/50 on what you'll get between the old culture and new culture at Elevate but the facilities are really nice and it's a back up option with a lot of folks on shift if you strike out at Perla and/or Pure.
