i don't have any experience with (this) place, but in the past, at other places, i found and unplugged what I saw.
they obviously knew I disconnected it, but decided to not make an issue about it
do yourself a favor and google hidden cameras.
you will see how well they can be disguised as normal objects.
just be aware, and careful.
you may already be a porn star on some black market overseas but don't know it

a trick you can use, when alone in the room, is to use the flashlight of your phone.
shine it around the room, slowly.
any small pinhole camera lens will give you a tiny reflection - so you can spot it more easily.
protect yourself.
