When you're on BP and you're looking through an SP's ad and you notice that there are other ads posted by this user which are for other SP's. Does this mean they might have a manager that's posting the ads for them or they decided to use the same account to save money on posting their ads individually? I've personally always found it odd when an ad has ads for different SPs

Not sure what you mean regarding Ciara, all these ads are for the same girl. Often girls will remove old ads when they post a new one, others don't. Without posting on BP I'm not sure how it works.

Yes, often there are links to ads for other girls. For Kingston it usually is when girls travel together from town to town, sometimes with a "manager" (pimp). Your example did not show this tho. Here's some examples of what I "think" you are referring to:
