yes and no

if a site is what you're after, there are enough cheap hosts around. find a good designer (and I believe that there are a couple here on line) and a good photographer and have it done yourself. speak to a couple of the other women who have their own sites to see ow they did it.

not to be too blunt but if you're gonna start giving goodies away for free (or on spec), count me in
