I called OPG a little while ago and found that whoever answered the phone was rude and not interested in helping at all.
Something with this industry is a big attitude problem on the phone. This has happened with other places as well.
Tracy, please have a talk with your receptionist and make it clear that she should be polite, helpful, and let her know that her attitude is a big part of your business!
