Ontario to allow bars, restaurants to serve alcohol starting at 7 a.m. for World Cup
Ontario's liquor regulator says restaurants and bars provincewide will be able to serve alcohol at 7 a.m. for the duration of the FIFA World Cup, a change celebrated by a Toronto restaurant owner who had publicly called on the province to bring in the change.
