We will be welcoming and encouraging reviews as well. There will also be some very strict rules in place regarding posting and commenting on reviews. They will be as follows:

1) There will be no shaming of any agencies, Spas or Independent ladies that are suspected of or have worked during the outbreak of COVID. That is behind us. We are open for business. We dont want this used as another method for guys with agendas to target certain providers or agencies.

2) Shaming members who now want to resume hobbying and want to post a review. We are open for business. Comments such as " i am still not hobbying because of COVID" or any discussion about covid within reviews or 411 threads will be removed. There is a COVID section already on TERB. You are free to post your opinions and differences there. Reviewers will be allowed to mention any special precautions that were taken before, during or after the session regarding COVID

3) With the new TERB forum we want to promote our community and togetherness. Members (TROLLS) with deep seeded hatred towards sex workers or women in general.......... or misogynistic posts or threads will not be welcomed here. We encourage all members to immediately flag all such posts for removal and allow the Moderating team to deal with the offending poster.

I noticed there have been quite a bit of COVID theme posts before today here in Ottawa section.
Any post, when seen, as described as above will be removed from this point on.

Remember we want to promote our community and togetherness.
No unwarranted marginalizing of any part of the industry.
This industry is wide ranging and TERB, until further notice, welcomes all.

Talking about rates is an endless back and forth drivel.
Every few months/weeks this topic will come up and nothing changes because we mainly operate a free market economy.

Market will determine what is correct and/or viable.

If agency or independent are able to command a rate, then it is the correct rate for their market/sub market/clientele etc.

Providers operate & clientele procure what they each feel comfortable with.
Results will speak for themselves.
- Rates may adjust accordingly if too high or too low
- Rates may maintain it's course if proven viable
What we can see from the last few years is both high and low rates have their own viable market/sub market/clientele etc.

We should appreciate that there are markets for all clients.

Terb is, until further notice, inclusive to a wide range of markets.
It is preferable that there won't be unwarranted negative context singling out any providers or agency base solely on their rates.

Those are good rules.
A couple of the General Forum Rules are a little wacky though.
In particular, no discussion on rates is absurd, it's one of the big four...Looks, Attitude, Service, Rates. Also, no discussion on her screening methods? It is on of the biggest concerns most members have in regards of selecting the provider that is right for them.

you can mention what the ladies rates are and what the screening process is in your reviews, to help others in deciding, but the whole shit show of the back and forth bickering on rates and screening is not allowed. If you dont agree on the rate or screening policy, move on to someone that meets your needs. That was my point.

I really dont understand how hard it is for some of you here to grasp the fact that yes we do have other advertisers on this forum, other than sex workers. We have website designers, photographers, banner makers, and many others. We also have ladies that provide RMT massage , strictly with no sexual service included. Is this difficult for you to grasp ? This lady provides just that, MASSAGE ONLY, and a damn good one from what i hear. SO DONT EVEN ASK HER ABOUT SEXUAL SERVICES. . If its not what your interested in, move the flip on. We dont need trolls here.
