any recommendations for a good sports betting site, I tried William Hill before but seem to have trouble now, looking to lay down some money on a couple of bowl games

I use playersonly.com. Have withdrawn money out of my account a couple of times with no problems. They are also linked to Paradise Poker, and you can shift money between your sports betting account and poker account easily.

Be aware that connecting to and playing an online gambling site from within Canada is an indictable offense under the criminal code. You probably won't get caught, though.

They are a british company, they bought Paradise Poker awhile back. I believe they are listed on the stock exchange. They were actually on 60 minutes a couple of months ago--they wanted stricter regulations for all gambling sites. Never had any problems withdrawing money and yes they have college football games.

i have bet with William Hill before but always lost of course how does it work with sportsbook if you win, how do you collect the money?

There are a number of options to deposit or withdraw your money. I just prefer them to mail me a check.
