Online pharmacies - holy crap

Are these sites for real?
A friend of mine showed me a site to buy pills online and I couldn't believe the prices.
Are these sites too good to be true or is it buyer beware?
They don't sell narcotics, but a lot of the other less potent stuff is available and for cheap.

I know that the medical association says that they don't endorse these sites but a gf of mine says the pills she uses work just like the ones she buys at the local pharmacy.

Big, how did you find out they were scams?
In what sense? Did you analyze the pills compared to the ones you bought over the counter at a drugstore?

Some don't deliver at all. Some send fake pills pressed in China. The China Viagra is identical to the real deal in all regards except active ingredient. You can find good pharmacies but far and few between.
