Thanks. If successful, this will create the largest economic zone since the British Empire. It will also make the PRC the most influence country on the planet. No wonder the U.S. wanted Canada to kidnap a high ranking Chinese woman.
While the Americans are shedding blood and treasure in Muslim countries, the PRC is getting all the oil it needs without firing a shot. So, who is the smart one and who is the dumb one?
