there has been a lot of questions regarding the ages of some of the Chinese women. Some have suggested that a few of them could be under the age that they are claiming to be.
Bela Karolyi said that its a good thing that the US team is ranked 2nd going into the team finals. He said, "let the chinese team have the pressure of being the No. 1 ranked team". He has a point but also the chinese team will have the luxury of performing last , meaning they will know what they need to score in order to win the competition, this is the advantage of being the No. 1 ranked team. Shawn Johnson is a cute girl but yeah shes a bit too young for me to look at too hard. Shes 16. I'm hoping she is still competing in London in 2012 when she'll be 20. I do think the other 3 girls mentioned in this post are pretty too, Liuken, Memmel, Sacramone.
