So is it just me or does anyone else think the mascots just announced for the 2010 Olympics look like Ewoks from Star Wars.

Kinda lame, but then I guess that's all $5 million or so gets you these days.
What cracks me up is the one with the Native theme.
Can't wait for these games to begin and see the organisers throw out all this Native Canadian cultural stuff to try to fool the rest of the world into believeing that this country cares about or is even aware of our Native people.
It'll be both a joke and a shame.

The sad thing is that you'll see them during the opening ceremonies then they'll disappear. The last Olympic mascot I remember was the '96 Atlantic mascot named Whatizit. I don't remember any other mascots since then.stang said:
