And just how are you supposed to identify whether they are jailbait from shots of their tits while they have clothes on?

I think that's one of the points... you can't always tell the age just by looking, even if you see the face. The way some younger teens dress and act and apply makeup today makes them "appear" as though they are ready to go. Makes the defense that "she looked old enough" sound not so far fetched. Especially so here in Canada where (like it or not) the "legal" age is 14. Definately does not help.

I mean look at Hillary Duff... What red blooded man wouldn't at least think about it.... Heck, I'd do her. And up here it would be legal.....
