Because we don't refine oil into fuel. We don't have tankers.
If we can give billions away, we can rent a boat,
There are ways, I'm sure. I just feel bad for Cuba, I loved the country, people are just people, trying to live. They are such a threat to the usa..a country that threatens the world

It's complicated unfortunately, but Canada did send aid.
I'm with you man. Lots of connections to Cuba, and like most places in the world, they're beautiful people who just want to be left alone and live happy lives. It's heart-breaking to watch and feel helpless.
Cuba, cant pay for the oil, they do not have any money
if Cuba wishes to become a Canadian dependant, they will need to change their current form of government.
no Canadian oil company can sell oil / deliver oil to Cuba
