Thought it was pretty cool salute to Rush.

I wonder how they train for that?

You would think that having a laser-type light above the field which outlines where you should be, with a moving number for each band member, would gradually accustom everyone to where they should be.

Practice, practice, practice. At the College level it's part band and part precision drill team. Traditionally black schools like Alcorn and Alabama A&T are especially impressive...
