No it says that you are dishonest fo continually distorting virtually every article you quote. the moratorium was not a blanket freeze. public building and settlements within the Israels Jerusalem municipality were excluded. It was not a blanket freeze. Whether or not you agree with it why not attempt to quote accurately rather that continually distorting facts to prove your point.
